6/18 - Make Your Own Bag Charm Workshop

Location: Gong Gan LA (Silverlake)

Create your own custom beaded bag charm and add a unique touch to your favorite tote, backpack, purse, or travel bag. You'll design and assemble a one-of-a-kind piece using a curated selection of high-quality beads, charms, chains, pearls, gemstones, and specialty findings.

Event Schedule

Workshop opens at 6:30 PM. Gong Gan's menu will be open for orders during the workshop time.

This is a relaxed, open-studio style workshop, so you're welcome to arrive anytime between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM to begin your bag charm.

Last call to start your project is 7:45 PM.

In honor of Juneteenth, 10% of every ticket sold will be donated to Community Coalition, a grassroots organization serving South Los Angeles.

Please Note

• This workshop is recommended for ages 18+ (or younger participants accompanied by an adult).
• Due to the use of small parts and jewelry-making tools, participants should exercise care while crafting.
• Space is limited and advance registration is recommended.

• Due to limited seating and advance preparation, we ask that all refund requests follow the policy below:

  • 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund

  • 24–71 hours’ notice: 50% refund or 100% shop credit

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: No refund
