Refund policy

Workshop Refund Policy

Due to limited seating and advance preparation, we ask that all refund requests follow the policy below:

  • 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund

  • 24–71 hours’ notice: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: No refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email and are processed back to the original form of payment.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person, just let us know in advance so we can update our attendee list.
