Build your own one-of-a-kind bag charm or keychain featuring your own photo made with premium, hand-sourced materials, in a relaxed backyard setting at The Bean Bus. Sip on handcrafted coffee from The Bean Bus while you customize your piece — their full menu will be available for purchase.

Workshop Details

  • Date: Nov 8
  • Location: The Bean Bus (The exact address will be emailed to you after purchase, using the email provided at checkout)
  • Time slots:
    • 10:00–11:00 AM
    • 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
    • 1:00–2:00 PM

How It Works

Each ticket includes 1 seat. The whole process takes about 1 hour from start to finish. Upload up to 2 photos and Bright Greys Studio will print and have your frame ready for you at the workshop.

  1. Come during your time slot to customize a bag charm using high-quality materials, including gemstones and glass beads.
  2. Choose your beads, charms, and key ring, and design your keychain or bag charm.
  3. We'll help assemble it for you — no experience needed.

What's Included

  • A finished bag charm to take home:
    • Photo frame keychain with your printed photo
    • 2 strands of beads, chosen from our bead buffet including high-quality natural gemstones and glass beads
    • 1 charm of your choice
    • Your choice of hand-knotted rope or stainless steel chain

About The Bean Bus

Hidden on a quiet Venice street, The Bean Bus is one of those places that instantly feels like a local secret you want to tell everyone about. Built inside a converted vintage school bus, this cozy little café blends great coffee, beach culture, dogs, sunshine, and community into one seriously charming Westside experience.

Please Note

  • This workshop is older kid-friendly (when accompanied by an adult) — our staff handles all the assembly, so no tools are needed in participants' hands, making it easy for crafters of all ages .
  • Walk-ins are welcome if space and materials allow — but reserving a time slot guarantees your spot and is highly recommended.

  • Due to limited seating and advance preparation, we ask that all refund requests follow the policy below:

    • 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund

    • 24–71 hours’ notice: 50% refund or 100% shop credit

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: No refund
